When you’re not at ABLE, what’s your job?: Child Life Specialist at Comer Children’s Hospital
Tell us a bit about your performing and/or education background: In college I worked at the theatre on campus and worked primarily building and creating sets. As far as acting goes, I can’t carry a tune in a briefcase, but I did star as a dancing blade of grass in high school. Special Education: I served as a peer mentor in Edgewood College’s “Cutting Edge” program, which helps students with special needs by providing assistance with adjusting to the college experience, and supporting the students to live independently.
Between Acting, Singing, and Dancing, pick your favorite: DANCING!
Who is your favorite actor/performer? What do you like about them?: Tina Fey—absolutely hilarious and her Liz Lemon character is just EVERYTHING. I think overall as an actress she is the bee’s knees.
How Long Have You Been With ABLE?: This is my first semester with ABLE, but I’m excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to assist with more productions in the future.
Favorite ABLE memory?: Practicing different relationships across the dance studio and Sam P took the lead and rocked out different scenarios!
