About this project
A.B.L.E.’s teen ensembles - 20 young adults with Down syndrome and other developmental differences - collaborated with a team of teaching artists and volunteer facilitators on a 5 part webseries adapted by A.B.L.E. teaching artist Braden Cleary.
Filmed entirely on Zoom, each episode covers a different act of Shakespeare’s story. Actors play multiple roles throughout the series, giving each a chance to showcase different sides of their personalities. They will create their own costumes, props, and Foley sound effects using items found in their homes.
